You come from outside Germany and German is a very difficult language to learn.
And you want to take the German driving license.
Don't be desperate - there is help.
Driving School Auguszt - The Driving Instructor offers you driving lessons theoretically and practically in English.
We are the only one driving school in Dresden that accompanies you exclusively on your way to the German driving license in English.

2. Eye test
Before you start with practical training you'll have to make an eye test. Every opticians or an eye specialist will do that.
3. First aid
German law dictates that every driver must have be trained in First Aid. Courses are held regularly be y official organisations. We will tell you where and when these courses are taking place.
4. Application for driving license
With the certificates from the eye test and the First Aid course you can now apply at the "Führerscheinstelle" for the driving license.
please bring a current passport-picture, too. Application forms are available in our driving school and we'll help you fill them, of course. For address and business-hours of the "Führerscheinstelle" see here .
Your driving-instructor will give you all information you need for passing the theoretical exam the best way. Courses start on Monday and ends Wednesday of the following week from 5 p.m. to 8.15 p.m. in our driving school. (For beginners).

When you fell fit for the test you'll have to go to the test centre "DEKRA" where test are regularly. It is a multiple choice test that you have practised in your English test sheets.
Our driving instructor will teach you driving from the beginning thoroughly. You will learn to operate a car on a country road as well as in the city's rush-hour. it is also our duty to teach you driving on the Autobahn and driving at night.
If you feel firm to operate a car in all possible traffic conditions we will arrange a test date for you.
With the state-appointed examiner and your driving instructor you will have to drive 45-60 minutes in the city county road and or Autobahn including operations such as reverse parking, staring uphill and obeying all the rules of traffic
